All items are shipped by Hong Kong Post. It covers almost everywhere in this world. Three shipping options are available, namely registered air mail, air parcel mail and ems express.
Most of orders are to be sent within 1 business day from Mon to Sat (unless otherwise indicated or notified) and an email notification will be sent informing you of tracking information afterwards.
If there is no our email notification in 1-3 business day after paid in your Inbox of your email account, please check the Junk Mail / SPAM folder. Certainly, you may also contact us to resend the email notification.
In our email, we will state clearly (i) the items included in this shipment, (ii) sent date, (iii) shipping address and (iv) tracking number. You may enter the tracking number in the coressponding links below to retrieve the current shipping status.
EMS / Speedpost (EA*********HK); takes about 3-7 working days to arrive.
Air Parce Mail (CP*********HK); takes about 7-18 working days to arrive.
Registered Airmail (RB*********HK); takes about 14~21 working days to arrive.
* All delivery times are "estimates" given to us by Hong Kong Post. Transit times can vary for different places. Customs can, and does cause delays on cross-border shipments.
